Process Document

The complete process will be divided in several steps those steps would be as follows:
  1. Registration
  2. Reporting
  3. Choosing the companies
  4. Attending the interview process of Company
  5. Declaration of results
  6. Receiving of offer Letters/ LOI

Registration Process

To attend this mega pool campus student need to register them selves with the event management team. Registration process will occur in two ways:
  • Direct registration of individuals
  • Registration through colleges

Direct Registration of Individuals:

For direct registration every individual need to pay Rs. 300/- (Rs. Three Hundred Only) and fill one form of registration with one copy of his self signed CV (Passport size photo pasted). Then the candidate will get his gate pass.

Registration through colleges:

For registration through college we will provide a spread sheet to the college on which the college will fill up all the data required. College will also need to paste the photos of the candidates on the spread sheet. Candidates coming on reference of their respective college need to pay Rs. 200/- (Rs. Two Hundred only) per candidate.
After receiving the spread sheet and payments of the students we will issue a Gate pass for every student to the college. Which they will get when they will report to the venue.
Note: All the candidates will be eligible for appearing in three companies only.

Registration Link:

Reporting
Candidates need to report by 8:30 A.M. on both the days. Candidates need to bring 5 CVs and 10 passport size photograph Candidates seeking new registration need to report on new registration desk. Candidates already registered need to report to their reporting counter to receive their “GATE PASS”. After receiving their GATE PASS they need to reach to the Gate Pass verification counter from there they will go company registration counters for further process.

Choosing the Companies

When the candidates have gone through with their reporting and verification process they need to submit their one copy of CV with photograph at the company selection hall after that they will go for selecting their choice of companies.
As we have already mentioned that one candidate can give interview only in Three companies of their choice.
Companies will be divided in three pools (A, B & C) candidates can select 1 company per pool.
There will be separate counters of all the participating companies where they will get registered they will get the company stamp and interview sequence number (this number will decide their appearing number for interview).
They can get three companies stamp on their gate pass. Keeping the gate pass with them all the time will be essential for the candidates.

Attending the interview process of Company

After candidates get the stamping and numbering of their chosen companies, they need to decide in which company they wish to get screened first. They will report to that company’s candidate waiting room (every company will have a waiting room for candidates). Candidates will appear in their respective company according to their serial number which was given to him during company registration.
They can enquire their estimated time to be appeared in that interview. If candidates have enough time in their interview in the first company they can appear in their next chosen company.
If candidate does not want to appear in the screening process of his chosen company or if he want to change his choice of company. He needs to report to the waiting room attendant. Attendant will sign his gate pass that he has not appeared for this interview. Then he will report to the company selection hall where he will choose another company.
Note: In this case he will get a new serial number for that company and he will be appearing according to his new serial allotted.
After giving the entire three interviews he can go home or wait in the result waiting area.

Declaration of results

All the results will be declared on 5th of July by the end of the pool campus. Results will be displayed on the result display board near the registration desk.

Receiving of offer Letters/ LOI

All the candidates who got short listed or selected in this pool campus will receive their offer letters or Letter of Intent after the declaration of results from the GGI placement department.
