UHG is hiring Software Engineers(Dotnet) with 1.5 to 2.9yrs of exp for its HYD campus

Job Location:  Hyderabad


• Should have executed the complete SDLC using .net framework.
• Should have atleast 6months of experience in SSIS/SSRS
• Should have experience on asp.net, C# and SQL server
• Should have experience with some of the following technologies: Server technologies (Windows 2003, Windows 2008), Client technologies (HTML DHTML, XML, Silverlight, Windows Presentation Foundation, AJAX, JQuery, JSON)
• Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).
• Significant experience in a single complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
• Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
• Receives general direction with occasional work review on other aspects.
• Provides team leadership in areas of specific technical knowledge that is frequently sought out by others with significant experience in a single, complex development environment or across multiple platforms.
• Support the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis 
• Identify and design most efficient and cost effective solution through research and evaluation of alternatives.
• Assist with design or enhancements of straightforward aspects of less complex systems.
• Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic to improve overall system performance.
• Able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems.
• Evaluate new enhancement request and solution to work.
• Assist in evaluating alternative protocols, tools, standards and systems investments.
• Helps to develop project cost and benefit estimates, including identification and evaluation of alternatives.
• Able to provide training and assistance on full range of technical issues to lower level staff on a project team.
• Able to act as in charge project leader for smaller projects or in temporary absence of project leader / manager.
• Take ownership of the assigned applications

Job Qualification:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). 
• Total experience:- 1.5 to 2.9yrs
• Should have atleast 6months of experience in SSIS/SSRS
• Must have good understanding of SDLC processes
• Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team and act proactively
