Job Description:

Fresh MCA / BCA / B.TECH or BSC / BCOM graduates in any discipline can apply for this position.  Some exposure or training in software programming is required (formal basic training is desirable / preferred) but the company will train from basic level.  The current positions are for PHP 5 programming skills with RDBMS as MY SQL 5.  Comprehensive foundation training will be provided as per company skill matrix for the initial 1 month and the candidate is then staffed on a live project along with an experienced.net programmer to learn skills by doing the work under guidance.  There are various certification levels like L1, L2, L3A and L3B.  There is a starting salary of Rs. 8000 and this increase as the candidate achieves various levels of certification.  The candidate is expected to build the full range of skills including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, user validations, MVC, XML handling, file management, web security and stored procedures. The candidate must be willing to learn further skills in Drupal or Joomla or Word Press or Ruby on Rails as per company needs. Senior guidance will be provided at every step but strong research and self learning skills are expected. Role Description

Option Matrix, Hyderabad is looking to recruit 6 software trainees who will be trained as asp.net programmers with expertise in object oriented web application development with knowledge of engineering standards to ensure performance, scalability, readability, modularity and security.  After 6-9months, the individual is expected to lead small to moderate d projects with master folder maintenance / live server updates.  The trained candidate would above all have strong programming skills in PHP 5 and will have led at least 5 medium d full life cycle projects over 2 years in our company.  This role will contribute in formulating the screen design for the project, preparation of class diagram, program design, module by module programming and unit testing. The projects cover functional areas like e-commerce, workflow automation, inventory control, order processing, content management, purchasing, warehousing and operations planning among others. The solutions are designed around LAMP architecture.  Open source projects using Drupal or Joomla or Word Press may be assigned and we are likely to make Zend Server as the default backend engine.  This role requires skills like database design and object oriented architecture in n-tier architecture. The candidate is expected to have high pro-activity and self learning ability.
